Welcome! This page is your map to becoming involved with the Strasburg Heritage Society. Here you can become a member or renew your membership. You can also learn about the many opportunities to help the Heritage Society to discover, preserve, and share our town’s history.
Please take a moment to look through our Participation Guide. You’ll find a surprising variety of ways to participate. You can probably find something that suits you, whether you prefer to work in a group or on your own, roll up your sleeves or work from your armchair, lead or just lend a hand. For young people, helping the Heritage Society can be a way to fulfill community service requirements or to build your resume for college applications or future employment.
The Heritage Society needs the active participation of its members. There are always pressing needs as well as good ideas for valuable projects. We need helpful people to step forward to help us to sustain and enhance the Heritage Society. Please consider getting involved. You will be helping your community and yourself. You will get to know your neighbors, build your knowledge and skills, and find satisfaction in helping to make our town even more special!
