The Board of Trustees is the governing body for the Heritage Society that manages the business of the Society. It oversees the Society’s budget and finances, develops and tracks a strategic plan, manages contracts and investments, and provides oversight for the committees. The board maintains the Society’s governing procedures and documents.
The Board is made up of eleven trustees. There are five designated roles: president, 1st and 2nd vice presidents, treasurer, and secretary. The other six trustees take on specific roles as needed. Decisions are based on the votes of the trustees.
